Job Description:
Division One Solutions represents several prestigious firms in the Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications industries. One of our direct clients is urgently looking for a Fidessa Production Support Analyst with Fidessa experience, strong US market knowledge and strong technical skills and they are looking to fill this position(s) ASAP.
The support role is a technical role and is hands on. This person needs to understand the business and the US markets and will interface with the users and research the issue for resolution in a hands on approach. They may need to reach out to other team members (i.e. BAs or developers) to further progress resolution if unable to resolve on their own.
Will be handling any production Support issues related to the Fidessa Trading platform as well as FIX and Global 1. There will be 1 or 2 people supporting the Equities Trading System. On the technical side, UNIX, SQL & FIX experience would be required and TCL would be a plus. Sybase experience is also preferred.
